Santa hurries through the forest to the next village on Christmas Eve,

but suddenly pauses for a minute.  He takes a few moments to

say hello to his Forest Friend.  Though Santa may deliver toys,

cookies, fruit and candy to children around the world on this magical

night, he always remembers the animals. They, too, get a special

surprise from Santa.  From the animals in the woods to the pet dog

lying at the foot of the bed of a small child, Santa always takes

a little time to extend his holiday cheer to our animal friends.
